Staff couldn't be more rude. Dr. Dalessandro fails to communicate properly with other doctors/specialists. Refuses to provide guidance in situations where there are more than one presciber of medicine. Tends to be condescending and speaks to his patients like they are children. This is likely where his staff gets their bad attitudes. His advice for the elderly if they become the least bit problematic, "your mother/father needs to be in a nursing home"...

He told my husband that his sugar level was fine, but his nurse told my husband that he should watch it carefully. There is no doubt in my mind, that Dr. Dalessandro should have been concerned and put my husband on the road to avoiding getting diabetes. By the time we found out, it was too late and our lives have been changed forever. My husband went into depression that affected his work, family and friends.

Dr. Dalessandro genuinely cares for his patient's and their needs are priority. If you're looking for a doctor that will address your concerns and be persistent in finding answers, this is the doctor for you. The secretaries and nurses are not that great, they all have attitude problems but I find myself willing to put up with them because I truly feel that this is one of the best primary care physician's out there.

Wonderful Doctor and Staff. I stopped by his office after a tornado, they had no phones or lights. I was not feeling well and they took me right in (using flashlights and light by the windows) checked for sugar (my symptoms, which were normal) turns out I had an infection. On another note: I was able to get my Mom an appointment (next day)her Dr. (who sent her home and told her there was nothing wrong with her) turns out she has Mono. and another type of infection. Thanks to Dr. Dalessandro for his diligence and wonderful staff, she is now on the mend. Always concerned about your health and welfare a Doctor with great bedside compassion.

The worst thing about this Doctor is his staff. They are incredibly rude, will not listen when you try to explain things, hang up the phone on you. Simply put, they are incapable of doing their job. The Doctor is quite likeable and compassionate. Fairly knowledgeable doctor but sometimes over reacts to a situation. Does listen and tries to explain things well. If it weren't for his horrible staff I would have rated him much higher.

The staff is rude. The doctor is rude and does not take the time to explain or give thorough exam. I was misdiagnosed several times before I finally changed to another doctor.
