Dr. James Coy is personable, friendly, very knowledgeable, and is genuinely concerned about my health and welfare. The Saratoga IHC office is a busy office so sometimes punctuality is slow, but that's because sick kids and parents should come first. I would have given the staff a score of 5 but when its gets really busy sometimes the ladies up front get ornery so they get a 4. As for Dr. Coy and everything else, solid 5 across the board. I'm very thankful they are all there.

Dr.'s normally do not call you for follow up, you have to call them. Thank you Dr. Coy for caring enough about your patients and your follow up phone call to see how I was progressing with my condition. 7/1/13, I visited Dr Coy about a pain in my arm. He knew immediately that my rotor cuff was torn, and started the treatment immediately to eliminate my pain. I figured when he referred me to a PT that he was done with me. Not so. On 7/29/13, I received a phone call checking on the status of my arm, followed up by a MRI and a referral to a great orthopedic for the surgery. Dr. Coy is a great and caring Dr.

One of the worst experiences ever. The doctor was double booked at my appointment and had to wait an hour. When I told them I had to leave the front staff told me I would get a phone call about my medication. I never received a call. When I returned, once again they had a problem with the doctors schedule. They acted put out and rude and I got a lecture from the nurse. The entire experience was horrible. I will be looking for a new physician.
