I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with them. I strongly advise against investing your money with this organization. After scheduling an appointment to address my health concerns, the doctor ordered an ultrasound and some lab tests to investigate further. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I had to persistently reach out to them for the results. Despite having the results for weeks, they chose to ignore my inquiries. Eventually, they responded via a message on their portal instead of a phone call, dismissing my concerns by stating that everything appeared normal. They completely disregarded my follow-up message expressing the ongoing need for assistance in resolving my health issues. Words cannot fully convey the magnitude of disappointment I feel towards their practice. I strongly encourage you to save your money and seek a more competent healthcare provider.

I just moved to Utah, and looked at getting a new doctor here. I have gone to him about 4 times and have had a horrible experience every time. I have always had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes or more. The last time I went I waited for almost an hour. Whenever I have gone, I have just felt like he's pawned me off to some other place for some tests. Will be looking for a new doctor.

My son was freaked out about getting a physical to participate in high school sports. I took him to Dr. Crump and after the visit I asked my son how it went. He said "That wasn't bad at all. "Dr. Crump is really nice."

I have been seeing Dr. Crump for years. He has been so helpful and kind to my family. I couldn't ask for a more caring and understanding doctor, his staff has always been amazing as well. If your looking for a trusting family doctor, I highly recommand Dr Crump.

Just called the after-hours line and got Dr. Crump himself. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I received a lecture instead of advice. In the past, his office has screwed up by not recording our co-pay (paid at time of visit). This actually happened twice and was a nightmare both times. They use a third-party billing agency that couldn't fix anything. I ended up having to track down the office manager (who travels between their 2 offices and always seemed to be at lunch or between offices) to get anything fixed. This is the last straw. I am switching doctors today!!!!

He's a good doctor. If he doesn't know what to do he'll find out. Not a huge people person but I don't go to the doctor to make friends. I had to leave him because his staff can't get their paperwork straight so they kept billing my parents even though I had paid in cash and told them that I was no longer on my parents insurance. My parents still go there and as a doctor he took care of me. POOR staffing in Provo.
