I went here to get contacts for my daughter before her prom. The appt. scheduling was terrible and they gave her an appt. 3 months later. When we went to the office 3 months later they said they forgot that I was scheduled today and there was a mistake. We rescheduled did and they gave us a time 1 month later during school hours. We still went and there was an hour plus wait. After finally getting called my daughter went with one of the nurses and she tried to put in contacts for my daughter. After trying for about 2 min the nurse gave up and said my daughter was not ready for contacts. The doctor came and said to reschedule 2 MONTHS LATER. This was outrageous. The process to get contacts should not take 7 months. The following week I made an appt with another eye doctor and when we went there we found out that my daughter had an astigmatism, which dr. Jai did not diagnose for the 9 years we went there. He had also given her the wrong glasses prescription that was too strong.
