The bill to insurance was $214.38 more than most Optometry places. I had to pay $89.66 extra. The man I talked to on the phone was very rude. My family and I will not trust that place again.

Great place to go for an eye exam, very fun and courteous staff and Dr. Damlo was very nice. Clean and tidey office and exam rooms! Also very convenient that it is located in Costco. Will be going back for my future eye exams and eye care needs!!
