The most disgusting place I've ever been to. They have a very roundabout way of denying you if you don't have insurance while remaining in the realm of plausible deniability. When walking in I was promptly asked if I had insurance and was turned away and told that I have to call to make an appointment and that they have no further information. When I called the number, they pulled the same tactic by transferring me to a different number when I told them I didn't carry insurance(most-likely to absolve the receptionist from having to tell me they weren't going to take me) and the new person immediately told me there were no openings three months out because I don't have insurance. The place has a MOVIE THEATRE where rich adults can watch movies while waiting to get their teeth fixed but they can't afford to help people in their community who are dying from dental issues. How does a place like this exist?

After a motorcycle accident Dr Richards stepped in to fix my boyfriends jaw/teeth. Warm and caring and expertise are what words I can share. He is a great guy and very personable as well. Thankful for him❤️

Dr. Richards has been my oral surgeon for years and I can't believe he has no rating on this website. Well I'm going to change that. He's the best OS in town and he and his incredible team have given me back the teeth I was missing for so many years. Debbie his assistant is humble and a very honorable person. She will do everything humanly possible to provide care and find ways to pay for treatment. Dr.Richards is a good ole' boy kind of guy but he's super intelligent and a top notch surgeon. He is caring and very respectful. He likes to kid and joke around but he gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Dr. Richards and New Teeth Now, so hurry and see him. He gave me my smile back and he'll give you yours too. Thanks, BR
