The worst staff I’ve ever come across. (That’s saying a lot)

I did a sleep study, and got billed (paid it in full) and got called by a medical supply company to pick up a CPAP machine. That was it. I have repeatedly called Dr Tisdale's office to get a summary of my condition. I even filled out a release form so they could mail me a summary. They refused. I have no idea if the study was ever really read, much less my diagnoses. It has been three months.
