Seemed indifferent to the patient's pain. Didn't appear to know the basic info from the clinician's guide. Took over a week to return a call about a prescription. Wouldn't want her treating a stuffed animal

At the end of my appointment Dr. Halker diagnosed me when I already knew my diagnosis. When I explained that I already knew my diagnosis, she than said "I don't know why you are here then". I explained that I came to the Mayo to hear about the latest treatments and get a second opinion about my treatment. If she didn't know why I was there she should have asked me nicely at the beginning of the appointment. By the way, I had explained why I was there when I set up the appointment. Disappointing!
