She's a great doctor, though I don't think she's in practice anymore. I'm trying to request my records too and her phone number doesn't work and I think her license is up as of 5/18

I need to request my medical records from her from when I was a patient of hers. The phone number is no longer a working number. anyone know if she is still in practice?

She treated my daughter for her A.D.D. And was excellent she helped her prepare for the future when she may grow an immunity to the medication. She was careful to keep her at the lowest effective dose and away from addictive meds or meds that were high level narcotics.

Worst psychiatrist I've EVER had. Threw medications at me like they were candy without even checking to see if they would react with each other. Told me I was a "lost cause" because SHE couldn't find the right medication for me. Do NOT see her. Worst possible person to see.

Dr. Gurdziel is extremely kind and knowledgable. I feel very confident receiving treatment for ADD from her. I would highly recommend her.

She is a very sweet lady and has helped me get through many of my problems. I like that she prescribes me the medication that I need. Sometimes she doesn't understand some of my problems but overall she knows what she is talking about. I recommend her for sure!

Dr. Gurdziel is kind and caring. I have been seeing her for a few years now and she has really helped me with the issues I am going through. I do agree that perhaps she is too quick to prescribe meds, but I'd rather have a doctor who advocates meds than one who won't give me something I need. She has many years of experience under her belt and it shows in her counseling.

Dr Gurdziel is one of the most patient understanding, compassionate persons I have ever known. I feel at ease talking to her. I was going through a very difficult time. She really listened to what I had to say. There are no words I can use to express how she has helped me and my family. I’m truly blessed to have her as my doctor. There are few people in this world that have such a true heart, she is one of them. Outstanding doctor. If you want the best then you want to see Dr Gurdziel.
