We are Dr. Bolduc patients since our 15 months daughter was born. Starting last night, she has a fever from 99.5 to 101.5. Today we went to see our pediatrician, Dr. Bolduc but he will be out of the office until Friday we were told and got directed to Walk-in Sacred Heart located down towards Destin, but they also cant see her because the only see children 18 months and up. On our way home we called the office of Viator Rickey, Crystal Tidwell, Mehta Mary and William Blanchard, but we have been told specifically that they won't take or see Drs Bolduc patients categorically, I have explained to them that my 15 months daughter has fever for almost 24 hours now and we need a pediatrician to see and listen to her. But we have told to wait until Dr. Bolduc comes back and go to see him in 2 days and that they won't take a Dr. Bolduc patient.
Dr. Bolduc, Viator, Crystal, Blanchard, Mehta and others used to practice under one roof and working as one pediatric center at this location, a year or so ago they have split to two different pediatric centers, but still working under Sacred Heart Logo, meaning that they have common patients in spite of The Hippocratic Oath they all took when the starting being so called doctors. They would rather reject sick children and let them stay home rather then to see and treat each others patients. I hope that you, Dr Mehta could see a pediatrician when you child was sick if you have any.

Dr Viator is amazing. My son is medically fragile and his first pediatrician was horrible -said my son was forced on him and he didn't feel comfortable with all of his needs. Dr Viator new my son's history (actually read his records), was extremely knowledgable about his condition, and reassured me that he was in good hands. Additionally, my son's neurologist wrote his prescription for double the normal amount, and, even though it took her until 4:30 to return my pleas, Dr Viator immediately took my call and had a plan of action within minutes. His staff is also very accommodating. Many times we need an order to get services, and requests are always handled promptly and politely. I don't know where we would be without Dr V. On a side note, his office has walk in hours every morning during the week. How fabulous is that!?

i have 3 kids and they get excited to go to the doctor to see him. He is very informative and has even called me after office hours to check on my kids when they were ill. Best doctor I have ever been too!
