Gave staff a 2 because to schedule an appointment you had to go through an answering machine. If they had a regular receptionist they would have gotten a 4. Also for charging me money for filling out FMLA paperwork, this should be free service for choosing you as my surgeon. You are the only surgeon I've ever gone to that ever charged me money to fill out FMLA papers. The surgeon himself, was quick with the appointment, but nice, and seemed to know what he was doing. The surgery was a success that is the main thing. I would go back to him and suggest other go to him if they are lucky enough to get through his answering service.
