Dr Moe was excellent a real professional. Had wisdom tooth extracted with bone graph. I was nervous as a Canadian who needed the surgery. Well all was brilliant. He did a great job! Thanks Dr Moe and team. Robert Harraway

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Stay Far away!!!!!
Diana his office manager is a scammer!!! She is very rude. Tells you one price then increases the price.
She's FRAUD!!! The staff is extremely rude. No compassion whatsoever. Every single one of them have an attitude. Just read the reviews before going to this place!! I wish I did!! There are plenty other good oral surgeons in town with amazing staff and lower prices (plus that will submit to your dental and medical insurance)

So glad I checked these reviews before going to see Dr. Moe. My dentist, who "coincidentally" is his wife, gave me a referral to Dr. Moe, assuring me there would be no charge. Decided I better confirm that. Sure enough, I was told the fee for a simple consultation would be $150. Run, don't walk away from this provider. It's all about making money for these guys.

wish I had read the reviews before I went. Had a tooth extraction, which I was told was going to be $450. Afterwards I was charged for MANY different "add ons" full mouth X-ray, and some kind of "something for bone plug" no one could explain and ended up paying $900. the consultation alone cost $125! I had gone to another Dentist, oral surgeon, endodontist for a consultation before ending up with Dr Moe and not one of them charged me for a consultation.... All he cares about is money!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE
Dr. Moe is a good oral surgeon. BUT his office is out of control. My husband was charged over $ 1,100 before the procedure without any explanation as to how this figure was determined. After the surgery, he was sent a bill for $ 3,400. This office was incapable of properly filing dental and medical insurance claims. The medical claim was rejected 8 times for incomplete information. The operative report was a paragraph of illegible chicken scratch. In order to get this bill resolved I had to get involved. I spend over 40 hours getting these bills processed, ultimately having our medical insurance company calling me weekly with an update. Diana screened all my letters and calls to Dr. Moe. I truly believe he has no idea how out of control his office is. Ultimately, the first payment made by our medical insurance was “not received”. That was not true, it just wasn’t posted to our account. When all insurance payments were finally made, our total responsibility was $ 121.50. When I called about our balance, I was told that my account was “all taken care off”. Did Diana think I forgot that we were due a significant refund? After 22 months, the claim was finally paid and now I had to start another battle to get my refund. I had to enlist the help of our referring Dentist to get my refund. There are too many good Oral Surgeons out there to get involved with this office.

Had 2 implants. Done. Staff was extremely helpful. Dr explained all before what to do no how to take care of implant after the surgery. Extremely knowledge and compassionate

Horrible doctor. Unprofessional office. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and never explained how I should care for my teeth after surgery or what to expect. I had to look it all up online. He said he would call in my medication before my surgery so that I wouldn't have to stop at the pharmacy on the way home. I went to pick them up the morning of the surgery and they had never been called in. When I get to the office I ask them to call in the meds before we start surgery. The receptionist tells me my pharmacy doesn't open until 9. Even thought I just told her I was just there and they were open and they did not have my prescriptions. although over the phone I had been told amount my insurance didn't cover was 1160 I was informed that it was actually 1960. My Arm is still bruised from were he infiltrated my vein with his crappy doctor IV skills. And to top it off He gave me enough pain meds for 2.5 days. Its day 5 after my surgery and I am still in horrible pain. Horrible.
