I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Spears with my ACL/Meniscus. It seems to me people just like to complain about absolutely nothing. He is an extremely successful and popular doctor therefore is usually very busy and I would imagine his mind is running a million miles a minute. He is not there to be at your beck and call like a lot of people in these reviews seem to think. Honestly this complain culture is ridiculous. I will recommend anyone to spears as he has answered any of my questions online or in person. He also is straight to the point so if you are a "oh poor-me" person, he isnt the guy for your sensitive self. Again, Anyone who says otherwise is literally just here to complain about nothing and needs to grow up.

Dr. Spears is a excellent surgeon and his Staff was professional, caring and helpful. After extensive shoulder surgery my recovery went very well and I feel great.
I highly recommend Dr. Spears and his staff for your Orthopedic needs and care.

Dr Spears left me feeling discouraged and not at all feeling like I was an important person/case. My visit was a waste of my time and money and I will be looking elsewhere for care.
