Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Well we have HMSA Quest and for some odd reason I'm getting bill $400 for having my son seen in the emergency room I wonder why. So stupid I thought if you agave Quest patients aren't suppose to get billed anything. Just have to question that right there. I don't think I'm that stupid.
