The staff at ENT & Allergy Center of Austin is the absolutely worst I have ever experienced from a medical office. Seems to be a consistent theme based on various review sources, wish I had read them before wasting my time. They are rude, condescending and arrogant. They refused to provide me a complete copy of my medical records even after I filed the legal paperwork. Dishonest and unethical practices seem to be the norm. Stay away…far, far away!!!

Have been 3 times now with never more than a ten minute wait. Very reliable diagnosis, info, and treatment options. Had an in-office procedure and felt very comfortable about dr. Briggs' proficiency. Would confidently recommend to any friends and family.

At first, the ENT Center claimed I had no appt., and I never had been seen at that location ---- WRONGO! Dr. Briggs came in, patted me on the back after a 3 min. consultation, and stated "You'll be just fine!" WRONGO! A few days later, I was admitted to a hospital due to low sodium, thanks to the ENT docs misprescibing.
