Dr. Marshall has made our family feel like we are her only patients. Remembers our family and asks about cousins, etc. She is extremely thorough and knowledgable. She never takes chances and explains all options when making suggestions regarding your child. She includes parents in decision making and follow up is lightening-fast. When she is not in, the other doctors and nurse practitioner in the office have proven to be just as wonderful. We love the Saturday hours and after hours on-call nurse response. It is nice to be able to just call during the day and get an answer to the many questions I've had as a first time parent when I needed it when it didn't require a full visit.
