We drove 2 hours to see Dr. Wakawaya. A doctor Rope showed up, completely unaware of my husband's history. He refused to give my husband his diabetic medicine's. He looked at a few papers in my husband's file. He showed me one paragraph. That paragraph was out of context where a Dr quoted another saying it was not industrial. Father into that report that special found my husband's diabetes was industrially aggravated. When I tried to see the page before it, he jerked the pages back, telling me there is no time because he has other patients. My husband left without his medications. We had another 2 hour drive home. I am livid. We now have to wait until mid November for his doctor to return. If anything happens to my husband because he does not have his diabetic medications, I am going to sue for malpractice. The staff are pleasant. Dr Wakawaya is good also. It is just Dr Rope who is a real problem. He did not even attempt an examination of my husband. He was rude to me when I tried to look at the copies of reports. I have the copies at home including a final court order about the diabetes being accepted by the insurance. I have also a copy of a judge ordering that the medications to be supplied to my husband even before the final decision, This Dr is going against that final court order for diabetes meds. I recommend Concentra but not Dr. Rope in any way at all.
