I would imagine that Dr. Mejia, who is a good doctor, loses many patients over time due to the rudeness of the staff answering her phones - specifically someone named Lydia. Some people just aren't suited for that type of work. Every appointment has been problematic, and it is very uncomfortable calling for an appointment, just knowing how rudely you will be spoken too. It's sad, I really liked Dr. Mejia, but can no longer take the treatment. I mean, it's a doctors office - health and wellness, right?

I am new to this practice and everybody is nice, I am so happy I left the other pediatrician.

7/21/2016 answering customer service is sucks she' not supposed to be working at customer service she don't have patience at all! Not helpful at all!

So far they are good when scheduling my child in when he is ill that same day, polite and professional staff.
