Not open to sensitive issues and does NOT seem sincere about the well being of mental illness care and treatment. Condescending and disrespectful if you do not agree with him. Difficult to communicate with and understand! Three months is all I could tolerate and did not see any improvement or genuine concern on his part. Attempted to make me feel as I could no speak candidly about MY concerns, with his treatment and medication process!

I like Dr. Zaidi, yes his waiting room is crowded. But he is a great doctor and their is a shortage of good Psy in DFW. I see another doctor in his practice and she is very helpful.

Our son, who has bipolar disorder, went to Dr Zaidi twice. The very first office visit, he lowered the dose of medication, without having any history, only asking our son what he thought about it. When our son asked why, Dr Zaidi told him that basically the seroquel and depakote are the same, and he doesn't need so much. This is not true at all! Anyway, after being on seroquel for 7 years, with good results, now our son is back in the hospital, thinking he is the messiah again, and this is because Dr Zaidi didn't bother to get to know his patient before changing his medication, with no valid reason at all. Stay away from this doctor!

I love Dr. Zaidi. He's very pleasant and kind. I see him for ADHD and I feel like he medicated me properly and monitors me accordingly. He's very interested in my progress in college and is very personable when I see him. I do see him once a month and he asks every time if my insurance is covering my medicine. I don't know what all the terrible reviews are about. He has to make a living and if it was you that needed a little extra time with him you wouldn't be complaining about having to wait. I would 100% recommend this doctor to my family and friends if they needed him.

This is the worst doctor ever!!!!! Do not go to either of them, they don't care about their patients well being. I don't understand how some folk tend to become doctors. They nearly got me fired from my job and everything.

I have gone to this doctor for over 2 years. He does not know how to truly connect with patients. When you first walk in he asks "so how are you doing?" Then when you open your mouth to speak he begins typing on his keyboard... my goodness it is annoying! It is insulting actually...makes the patient feel like a piece if meat. All he cares about is getting you to come back as frequently as possible to get the money rolling in. A pill mill is all his practice is.

There is no privacy in the waiting room/front desk area. Everyone will hear everything. I feel I am on a production line and nothing but money matters. Unable to recommend. Doctor seems actually proud about long waiting times, perhaps he considers this a measure of his success ?!

Dr. Wasiq Zaidi comes off as a person with a god complex. He knows he can help you but will only help you if you agree to come back everyday for a refill on the perscription that stands between you and success. Be also prepared to wait... A long time for your face to face. 2:00 appt means YOU get there at 2:00 and wait for upwards of an hour or so. The office staff will be polite as they have to be to get their forms filled out but no more. Do not expect "bedside" mannners here. HOWEVER, he does know what he is doing. Want to cut through the crap and get right too it and don't care about the rest then he is the doctor for you.

This is THE WORST PRACTICE I have ever had the displeasure of visiting in my life. The man does not care about his patients in the slightest. He over scheduled every visit as if his time were far more valuable than anyone else. He changes the subject to more palatable topics such as vacations, when a patient attempts to discuss their relevant concerns, i.e. issues w/ medications, depression, suicidal ideation brought on by said medication changes. If you value your sanity stay away from Dr Zaidi!
