This office is horrible. I was recommended to this office through my insurance. Called and left a message for an appt. and specifically, asked to have my call return ASAP multiple times but no calls received from this office. HOW DISAPPOINTED!

First appointment was at 1400, Dr. Viesti comes out at 1417 and shakes my hand, gives me a form and says "I'll be back in 15 mins" turns and walks away. At that point I had been waiting for 25+ mins, I'm not sitting in a waiting room for 40 mins. I handed the receptionist the paperwork and left. She reiterated the 1415 appointment and I informed her they were both incorrect. Very disrespectful, I can't work with someone who shows no respect for patients time.

Dr. Viesti has been a life saver for me his. His teaching technique helped me understand what I needed to do with my situation so I could move on with my life. I cant thank him enough.

I have been very fortunate to have found a Doctor that 1st, listens and then annalizes what you had to say and brings out the best in you in order to move forward. He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. He doesn't judge, look down on you or make you feel guilty.....but comes up with some thoughts, that you can possibly implement into your life. Dr. Viesti is compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled in his profession. I would highly recommend him as one of the best!

I have been going to Carl for the past year and in that year he has helped me significantly. There were quite a few times that I had lost hope and he gave me that extra boost that gave me the strength to move forward. Carl is a kind, understanding and very knowledgeable person. I have gone to other psychologists in the past and he is the only one that has really made me feel confident in what he has been teaching me is true. There have been situations where I used what he taught me that got me though that situation positively. I got lucky when I found Dr. Viesti, he has really made a difference in my life and I urge anyone who has a need for psychological help to give him a try.

Dr. Viesti has been a God-send to our family. He is not only compassionate and thorough, but his understanding of families has helped me tremendously. He is a rare gem. I've never had someone take the time to listen to me at this level! I hope he never retires because there are too few Doctors who take this thorough of an approach. It saddens me to see how little the insurance company pays him; he should get 4 times the amount he does. He puts this patients first. He is one of the few doctors who does testing. My daughter needed help and I've never seen her respond to someone as positively as she did to him. The billing department is separate; they have always been helpful to me. As patients, I'm finding in ALL offices, we have to take things into our own hands! I just wish the office staff was friendlier - more approachable. Those two things are very minor. It's the doctor-patient relationship that counts the most for me!

In the almost two years I have been seeing Dr. Viesti, I have found that he has a gentle way of conversing that is quite relaxing, that he listens intently, takes notes, and seamlessly continues conversations from previous sessions. I find this remarkable considering that he has a full appointment schedule and that our sessions are weeks apart. Above all, he offers valuable advice on how to deal with personal situations, focusing always on the client's needs. I also find it helpful that he employs a service that reminds his clients of their appointments a day in advance.

My care far exceeded my expectations. I have been treated with respect and kindness during my sessions with Dr. Viesti. He puts me at ease and gives me all his attention and listens to my ideas. Dr. Viesti sets up appointments that work for my busy calendar. The evaluation, diagnosis, and up-to-date treatment has helped me make the needed changes over the past six years. My medical treatment has included traditional and alternative options. Dr. Viesti has encouraged and discussed these choices of treatment as needed. But the most wonderful part of my experience in this therapy has been several unexpected life changing break-throughs in my emotional life. These changes came about due to the atmosphere set up in his practice. Dr. Viesti is a warm, friendly and caring professional. I value his opinion and guidance very much. He has helped many people in the past 32 years. I have recommended Dr. Viesti to family and friends.
