Dr. Cremisi, a hospitalist at Watauga Medical Center, recently treated my husband while he was a patient there. We found him to be an arrogant physician who devalued patient input and collaboration. Considering his abrasive bedside manner, we are surprised that he is employed in the healthcare profession.

Dr. Cremisi has been slammed by other people on this site. I have chronic kidney disease and was in his care for five years. He answered all of my questions and helped me have peace of mind. He responded to faxes and phone calls. He's an excellent doctor. You cannot blame a nephrologist for the failure of someone's kidneys any more than you can blame a cardiologist for a heart attack. I found him to be a very caring doctor. I wish he was still my doctor.

Dr. Cremis is an arogant man who professes to know much about nephology but actually does not. It was terrible to listen to him speaking disparaginly about other doctors outside my room in the hospital. He makes no eye contact and speaks to you in a condescending manner.
