Long wait times! Rushed appointments. Doesn’t match! The medical assistants and receptionist are the best part of her practice. I’ve had a concerning health condition that I’ve been trying to contact her for months now and keep getting the run around. I just don’t get it.

I chose Sheila for my primary care person because she has always treated me with respect, listened carefully to my concerns, worked with me consistently to treat my issues, made excellent referrals to specialists, and provided a comfortable clinical setting. I am willing to wait a few extra minutes for her because I know she will soon be soon be taking time to listen to my concern and be providing quality treatment. Her staff has been very kind, helpful, and respectful to me. I appreciate Mill Creek Family Clinic.

Completely and utterly disgusted with this provider. She has horrible bed side manner, asks offensive questions in a very inappropriate way and is never on time. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I was misdiagnosed 3 times for several different mental health issues, come to find out I had NONE of the issues she said I had (was seen by a psychologist who was astonished at the level of stupidity and diagnosed with severe anxiety instead). I was prescribed several wrong medications. Overall terrible doctor.

Staff and provider consistently go the extra mile. My children, who first met Sheila when they were young teens, chose Sheila as their health provider now that they are adults.

Seen this provider about two weeks ago. Her staff was very kind and helpful. I always am greeted with a smile. The conversations that take place in the front/reception area make me unsure of the clinic. There's constant chatter, but not in a good way especially when the waiting area is empty. I met this provider about 4 months ago and see her frequently. My most recent appointment she was yelling down the hall at an employee. Ten minutes later, stood outside my door whispering about someones health. The comments below are very concerning and seem to be an on going issue. Ive met both of my doctors nurses, both are very nice and not mean as reviews stated below. Her office is clean. The last two reviews are harsh but understanding. As a patient I want to look up to my doctor and look to them for better results in my own health. I requested a nutritionist but I didn't meet criteria. My doctor give me tips but its hard to that her seriously when she gives the information to me because of her own appearance and her employees.

Healthy and under 35 yrs old and only issue is insomnia. 2 years later with sheila and still nothing. I found out I had low vit D by looking at my own chart. Then I read her notes on treatment she did, all lies. She never gave me a script for vit d at my last visit. She never even told me I had low vit D! Then at end of my last visit, she simply asks me if there's anything else she can do. I let her know my only issue of not sleeping has yet to be resolved. She wrote a new script and I went home. Later I found out she charged me for a second visit for that one appointment! Me telling her about the same issue I've had for 2 years cost me an extra 150 bucks! Really? It wasn't even a new health issue. What a joke. Maybe I'll sleep better at night if I never have to look at her face again.

Sheila's complete office staff has changed over the past year. Not sure why. Besides this, Sheila has terrible bed-side manner. She berates my husband, who is a type 1 diabetic (who sees an endocrinologist regularly) and told him his liver enzymes were elevated, his kidneys were shot, and he was going to die within five years if he didn't get his A1C below 7 (it was 7.3). She told him his long-acting insulin wasn't causing his nighttime low sugars (which it was) and insisted that he wasn't managing his diabetes...and he wasn't even there to see her for his diabetes. All this information was incorrect, per the endocrinologist. She threatened to drop him as a patient because he hadn't rescheduled an eye exam with another provider. Every time I see her, she has a horrible attitude and asks about my husband and if he's controlling his diabetes. Recently, I had seen her for a car accident and she called in the wrong medication for me and also sent the wrong referral information (dated a year ago) to the physical therapist - THREE TIMES! She thinks she's an expert in every field and gets offended if we visit specialists. She doesn't listen and is almost always late. She overbooks her schedule regularly. I am regularly frustrated when I have to go in there and she wonders why our blood pressures are elevated!

Sheilas staff does their best with being helpful I think. I get multiple phone calls regarding the same things and get called to schedule appointments when I already have one in the books. Sheila is almost always late to come in and see me at my scheduled appointment time.

Have been seeing her for a couple years. She definitely favors certain patients over others. I have been yelled at made fun of , have been told I was going to die in a year, she tells me my kidneys are shot when in fact they are not. I have been prescribed medication for ailments that has never been discussed. She is very unprofessional and has absolutely no bedside manner. Has crossed the Dr. / patient confidentiality line on so many different levels. It's too bad I cannot find another Dr. Who takes my insurance. But I will keep looking. And suffer her wrath in the meantime. She really could be a great provider if she would just check her attitude at the door and listen to her patients.
