Was referred to Dr. Costell from an orthopedic, guess I wasn't important enough to actually have an appt , they were always at least 3 months out & this began off season, last spring, they ordered wrong tests, was only seen by his RN Carol. To this day (November) I have no clue what is going on...only to see a neurosurgeon & orthopedic surgeon, They wasted 6 months..ordering incorrect tests, etc....front desk very nice...wonder if she billed my insurance as a Dr.?

The appt itself was a cluster. He, however made up for it. Don't over book yourself. Plan on a wait and a few missteps...he's worth it.

Appointment staff are absolutely useless. I was put on hold five separate times just to get a simple appointment. I cannot imagine what the other services are like.

Would love to say I know more about this doctor but he stood me up twice. Don't know whether doctor knows but his office staff is completely incompetent. Has an "office Manager." can't imagine what she gets paid for. It all reflects on him.

Dr. Costell is by FAR the most CARING, compassionate and WARM Dr I have seen in YEARS!! Spends a significant amount of QUALITY time with his patients and clearly puts himself on a "human" level! Staff is SUPERB as well. KUDOS to ALL!
