Professional and friendly. Takes his time and is careful and thorough. Listens to my concerns and answers questions in a respectful helpful way without patronizing or being dismissive.

The Staff is not nice, do not tell you right answers. I have waited for my appoints up to 5 to 6 hours at least 7 times. Most of the time it is always 2-4 hours waiting to get into see this doctor. My time is just as important. I am totally disabled so I have to have people take me in. The drivers from a company set and wait on me. It really is upsetting for them to have to wait on me. This doctor is not at all helpful to me anymore. Been with him for quite a while, all he does and give me medication plus medication. Told me what I have their is no cure, then one other time told me that the only way he will know if this illness is what I have is when I die. What a great way to put to a patient. They have been trying to bill me for 100.00 more dollars, I have went over this with office every one of dates I had check numbers. They said they will get back. Now I have went to new doctor and they are telling me I have to pay about 50.00 to send of the papers to new doctor. Wrong this is. SAD

I highly recommend Dr. Goldstick, my last doctor dropped me; because of insurance. My first visit with Dr. Goldstick just amazed me; he did more on the first vistit than the previous doctor did in two years! I feel Dr. Goldstick is very through & he does an excellent job in knowing you and your medical problem. I was in bad shape when I first went to him; and today a lot of people don't even know how sick I am. By taking the time and getting to know my symtems he has made a huge difference in my life. I can never thank him for giving me my life back. The reason why your wait is so long is because he does care about his patients and takes as much time as you need with him. There was one time that I had to wait five hours to see him; he had an emergency at the hospital and couldn't leave; he called me several times at his office to make sure I was alright and his staff even offered me lunch. Some day I might need him like that other person did; and he will be there for me. Great dr

The two girls who work up front do a tremendous job. You can tell they are given a large amount of work to do but they do it with a smile and are very friendly to the patients. Dr. Goldstick is very thorough and takes as much time as is needed with each patient. He also accepts very critically ill new patients and tries to help people in need. There is a shortage of neurologists in our area and I feel lucky to be under his care. THis is why there are waits to be seen, but it is well worth it. The office manager is clueless and tells lies. I love Dr. Goldstick and the girls up front however.

Where to start? On my first appointment, the nurse scheduled me at this other office about 30 miles away. No one was there! When I did get to see Dr. Goldstick, he didn't seem overly concerned with hearing the specifics of my case, just putting me on some meds and sending me on my way. I was given some tests, and told the results would take a few weeks. Weeks turn into months, and no results. When you call about the results, you are told by the nurse that you will be put on the "stat list", but nothing really happens. The staff is as bad as the other people have said. Not at all friendly, and they don't inspire confidence that they are professionals. If you ask for copies of your records to get a second opinion (and I guarantee you, you WILL), be prepared to wait longer than they say, and pay money for them. Unbelievable.
