Her staff called me and asked if I could come in early as there was a cancellation. I went in 3 hours early and she made me wait until my regular appt. time. I was livid by the time I was called in.

I have never in my life had such a great experience with a specialist, or rather any doctor, than I had with Dr. Carrol Mallette. My experience was so positive, well beyond any reasonable expectations. Everything was perfect, from the prompt telephone answer to setup an appointment, to the personable, kind lady who helped set my appointment, to the cordial check in lady. The whole office experience was impeccable. This office is run with perfection. As soon as I got my paper work filled out, I was called back to an exam room, where the doctor greeted me almost immediately upon arrival. Dr. Mallette was phenomenal. I have never felt so cared about. She is so smart. She asked me all kinds of questions, even those you wouldn't think of, but then you're like, Yes, I've been experiencing those subtle symptoms, but didn't know they were related. I've just never met a doctor that sharp, and her caring and empathetic bedside manner was moving. I was really quite surprised, if not pleasantly shocked, as I'm not accustomed to meeting normal people who are GI doctors. From my experience, they're often somewhat eccentric, with less than caring bedside manners, and then, in walks this stunning, yet brilliant doctor, who is normal, down to earth, and actually caring. I just felt so blessed to have found such an awesome doctor. I am scheduled to have an upper scope procedure, and normally I would have a great deal of anxiety, but I have none, because it was evident that Dr. Mallette deeply cared for my wellbeing, and of course, I've researched what an outstanding doctor she is, so I am not having the typical anxiety one might have before a medical procedure. Oh, and one more thing, I had been to several 'regular" doctor appointments, where I specifically requested that I needed a higher dosage on my Omeprazole to no avail. I mean, I'd be told by the doctor that they'd write me the prescription, but at most places, it seemed, if you needed a refill, you'd have to ask the doc, then remind the nurse upon leaving to make sure you got your prescription called in, and even then, it may not get called in. So, I just gave up. Not so, with Dr. Mallette's office. I simply mentioned to Dr. Mallette, in passing, that I was sometimes having to take more Omeprazole than prescribed, because the current dosage wasn't alleviating my pain, I didn't even ask her to write a prescription, as I had given up on that, but to my surprise, when I went to the pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions, I was in complete awe, because there with my other prescriptions, I saw a prescription from Dr, Mallette. I almost cried, I just couldn't believe the care and thoughtfulness, and now, I've had two weeks of zero pain going from 20mg to 40mg of Omeprazole. I'm am actually up typing this review with no pain! I couldn't be more thankful!

Dr. Mallette's punctuality, service, bedtime manner, and support staff are wonderful! I've had many procedures performed by Dr. Mallette, and she's so warm and caring. Any of the tests performed by Dr. Mallette are thorough, and she always has my best interest at heart. I trust her medical judgement, and return to her for all of my gastrointestinal needs.

This office has collecting money down pat! But try to get a treatment plan implemented and it's like pulling teeth! I had to call the office twice to get my test results and was told a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. Get to the pharamacy and no prescription! Now I'm waiting a three day weekend to get my prescription. It has been 3 full weeks since my first appointment and I still have no treatment plan in place!!! And can't get a follow-up appointment for 2 months!!

Love Dr. Mallette. This will be my 2nd colonoscopy she has performed on me. The staff in the admitting office could be a little friendlier but it wasn't too bad. Office is clean and busy waiting room is comfortable. Dr. Mallette always spends time with me and discusses the procedure. It was easy to schedule my procedure and the lady was very friendly and explained everything so well. My first procedure went on time and the office staff in admitting on that side of the office is very accommodating and friendly. It is not the most pleasant procedure to endure, but they make it as efficient and comfortable as possible. Hopefully, if everything is ok, I will schedule with them again in 5 years.

I loved Dr. Mallette. She is a wonderful and caring doc. She will be the person I go back to for my next Colonoscopy.I really liked the facility they use there also. Very convient. Overall great experience.

Staff gave my wife written instructions for me to deliver her to the GANT facility by 6am for a 7am procedure, but they claimed they had no clue that the facility didn't open until 6:15am. Staff told me over the phone to show 15 to 30 minutes BEFORE my office appointment but they took a girl who showed up 30 minutes late for her appointment first. Staff is unapologetic and could care less about wasting your time for a doctor that can't keep her appointment time even within 30 minutes. Don't go to GANT unless you have time to waste waiting on this doctor and her unapologetic staff!
