Dr. Koenig is the absolute best, he will tell you know if he thinks what you are asking for is unnecessary so you know he is not money hungry. He is so personable and kind, he calls you from his cell to check on you. I just cannot say enough good things about him. I literally trust him with my life! He is amazing!

I am a 58 year old female who has been struggling to lose inches in the inner thigh and hip areas. After meeting with Dr. Koenig I agreed to an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the inner thighs and outer hip regions. I have been extremely pleased with the entire staff throughout the process and especially happy with the results of Dr. Koenig's work! As an individual working in another aesthetic field in another city, I want to share that taking the extra time to drive to see Dr. Koenig for a breast augmentation was totally worth it.

From beginning to end, there was not an aspect of my experience that did not earn an A+. Every member of the office and medical staff is welcoming and Ritz Carlton level professional. The facility is immaculate.

And I can’t say enough about the results of my surgery. My breasts look amazing: they are natural, symmetrical, and proportional with my body. My surgical sites healed beautifully, I barely had a bruise, and my pain was minimal. I was back to work in five days and back to working out in three weeks, though physically I felt I could do both sooner.

I understand that when dealing with the human body, results may vary. My result wasn’t good luck but was rather a result of Dr. Koenig’s spectacular surgical skills and attention to detail. It is apparent that Dr. Koenig is a perfectionist - a perfectionist is who you want to do your plastic surgery.

As I side note, I would point out that I chose to go with a smaller implant that fit my frame (295 cc). Contrary to what you might read in other posts, I don’t at all regret this decision. At another consult the well-meaning surgeon recommended I go larger and also have a lift. I am glad I went for a second opinion, as I could have ended up with a more invasive and costly surgery, larger breasts than I wanted, and unnecessary scars.

Good luck to anyone considering a breast augmentation. My advice would be to get more than one opinion and to consider traveling if necessary, especially if you live in a smaller city. And if you are within a reasonable commuting distance to Rochester, go see Dr. Koenig.

I am 56, have had 3, 50 lbs pregnancies and was sick of my flabby tummy! Dr. Koenig performed smartlipo on my tummy and illiacs! He removed 9 lbs of fat! OMG! I am thrilled. He is a genius with that lipo wand (or whatever the tool is called!) I was up and around the day of surgery, took pain meds only 4 days. I wish I'd done this years ago! It's now 1 month post op and I am amazed at the flattened tummy and curve of a waist again! After the 2 hour procedure, I was put in a compression garment and I loved that too! I bought a full body one from the same company (Marena medical compression). I would highly recommend Dr. Koenig and his kind and professional associates! The nurses in his surgery center are top notch! Very caring and competent nurse anesthetist. Thank you soo much Dr. Koenig and everyone at Quatela where they truly give "uplifting experiences" :)

My first visit to Dr. Koening was 9/18/2018 for juvederm injections. Naturally I was very nervous about having these injections as I have never had anything like that done before and was scared of the unknown. But I can't say enough on how comfortable and at ease the front desk staff right to the medical staff made you feel. I would definitely recommend Dr.Koenig .
