Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Dr Liguori explained possible treatment in detail and made me feel at ease. Great first time experience… Highly recommend this doctor!!

Doctor was patient and explained everything throughly. His staff was extremely helpful trying to get an appointment ASAP for me, especially the office manager. I don’t see how everyone is saying his staff is rude and stuff. They were extremely accommodating and patient with me. Definitely coming back here!!

The office is staff is unnecessarily rude. It boggles my mind how they think it is ok to speak to people the way they do.

Horrible doctor and staff! Overcrowded waiting room and rude. Most importantly, this doctor removed his mask in the exam room, explaining that I had no reason to worry as he had been vaccinated! He further told me NOT to believe anything I hear or read from the news. Stay away from this idiot!

Very good doctor. And he is a caring doctor. I feel that he is a good man, a good person. But that thing that is part of his staff. I don't know if she is the office manager. But that thing is the nastiest, most disrespectful, most disgusting person on Earth. She has to go. I am so sure she can be replaced. That thing treats patients so bad, and so degrading, that it's not right, it's so wrong. Who in the world does she think she is. I only go to Dr. Liguori because of him. She needs to go. Five stars to the doctor. A flame thrower to that thing in his office. She is a rotten person. Shes no good.

I have been seeing Dr. Liguori for years because of 6 hern disc. I find him very knowable helpful kind and thoughtful. Though sometimes you have to wait, I just bring a book with me. I have known the staff for years, and sometimes I know that they are under stress, but they are always nice to me. I highly recommend Dr. Liguori. If you want a good Doc, than you have to learn to be patient. That is why everyone else is there, because he is that good.

He diagnosed my MS after 7 years of other Doctors telling me my symptoms were not possible. He told me to find a specialist and I happy with my care and treatment at Stony Brook.

But I still go to Dr. Ligouri because I trust his opinion. I like his bedside manner, the amount of time he spends with me and the fact he is an athlete. He understands what it is like to push or punish your body athletically and the difference between symptoms.

I can understand the negative grades with the staff - they can appear to be grouchy at times. But 1's.

I don't understand the low grades for Knowledge and Helpfulness??????

I am glad my experiences have been nothing but positive and am proud to recommend him to anyone in need of a good Neurologist for 1st or 2nd opinions.

Dr was indifferent and uncaring. The office staff does not know what they are doing. Besides that, they are very very nasty and not helpful at all
