Dr. Moon is very good. My comment is in regard to his Buena Park, CA office (KCS Health Svcs). Dr. Moon is professional, friendly, and makes you feel as though he really cares about your health. He is the sole reason I remain a patient in spite of poor performance of his staff in carrying out his orders. While in the office, his staff is okay. However, once you are out of sight, you sink to the bottom of the totem pole. They fail to keep promises to return telephone calls; they have made coding errors on 3 of 5 prescriptions, ignored the pharmacy's pleas for corrections, and even took a few days after I called them at the pharmacy's behest to prod them to fix their mistakes. No sense of urgency whatsoever to fix THEIR error. However, Dr. Moon is THAT good that I choose endure the laziness or incompetence of some on his staff.

Dr. Moon is great. He makes every visit fast and to the point, all whike being very proffesional and friendly.
