I became very sick while on vacation and went to Smoky Mountain Urgent Care, where Dr. Parks works. Dr. Parks took great care of me and I felt very relieved and reassured when she diagnosed my illness.I am grateful that she was there when I needed her.She saved me a trip to the emergency room and I feel that she treated me as she would her own family.
