My first visit to A&RA. It was a very pleasant experience for me. Dr. DeMarco listened and understood my health concerns and was very thorough in his examination. His evaluation and understanding of my situation put me at ease. I have a new path now to treat my condition that my other doctors seemed to have missed. I believe the treatment I will be getting will help me avoid surgery that was previously recommended. The staff in the office were very attentive, professional and nice. Thanks, A&RA!

I've long been a patient of Dr. DeMarco. He's kind, caring, professional and innovative in helping me remain comfortable. He remembers EVERYTHING and always works well with my other physicians in other practices. I have great faith in his abilities and have and will continue to recommend him to friends, family, and others whenever I can.

Dr. DeMarco was so tuned into everything - I had a plethora of information for him and he took it all in easily and patiently answered my questions with a terrific bedside manner. He was supportive and kind and suggested we look at Xrays together which was really nice! (Other experiences with doctors have been waiting nervously in the exam room until they come back and give you a couple of words where you need to run home and ask Dr. Google LOL). Not so here - Dr. DeMarco went through the Xrays top to bottom and when I could hear the diagnoses explained, it did not sound so scary and made much more sense when the words were used with the visuals. As a bonus, Dr. DeMarco seems to have fixed a problem I've had for YEARS that has alluded several doctors and dentists and I will be eternally grateful for that! It was also nice to be able to have to the xrays in-house and not have to go to one of those icky radiology places where you are practically MOOING in the waiting room's cattle call. This was very efficient and pleasant. I feel very lucky to have found this doctor!

What a great practice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Registration was a cinch with using the online forms to help my waiting time beforehand. Dr DeMarco was exceptionally giving me his full attention, answering my questions as well as putting my concerns to rest. Getting a knee injection under ultrasound was painless, which I have had many that weren't from other physicians. My follow up appointment was easy to get using their patient portal system. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants service with a smile and quality care.
