This therapist was very clipped and dry in the way she spoke. I did not feel supported or understood, I felt judged. I really needed therapy, and planned to work hard at the process, but I felt as though she simply wanted to tell me to "just do it" (fix my own problem) without helping me figure out how.

Works out of her house and gets irritated when you don't follow strict instructions on how to come in the door. All based upon a light being on/off to let you know if you can come in. Recommends yoga and meditation. Extremely opinionated and difficult to talk to.

Cristin is very direct, but also incredibly empathic and caring. I will always be thankful for the role she played in my life!
