Dr. Koretsky is a wonderful, caring, thorough, and knowledgeable doctor. He spent a great deal of quality time with me during my appointments going over my health issues. He also reassured me he would put an end to my stubborn recurrent C. diff infection, and he did. After my infection was eventually cured, he told me if the infection returns, to contact him right away. It is such a wonderful feeling knowing Dr. Koretsky is available in the future if I need his help.

Dr. Koretsky provides a level of personal care you won't see in too many Dr's offices. He gets to know his patients and is always available to answer any questions they may have. I am very happy to have found him, and would not think of going elsewhere.

Extremely pleasant. Very down to earth and easy to relate to. He goes over all the information and test results in a manner you can understand. Procedure was scheduled and necessary test needed was set up. And we received all the information in writing. Which is great for reference. This is our second time with Dr.K. and very pleased again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Koretsky for many, many years. He takes time, makes extensive notes and if he cannot pinpoint the cause, he will confer with other doctors in his field. In short, he doesn't just brush you off. There were many times of 1-2 hours wait, which was annoying but I won't go anywhere else. He makes you comfortable discussing your problems. But today, was probably the least wait time I've had. Big improvement.

Dr. Koretsky is pretty awesome and very knowledgeable. His staff on the other hand is pretty pathetic! Dawn is very rude and incapable of answering a simple question, she is as dumb as dishwater!. And the manager, if that is what you want to call her is a complete waste of space...when I finally reached her after 3 attempts because she wasn't calling me back. After speaking w/ this so called manager, I realized that dawn must be her friend or a relative that she got hired. ..The two of them need to go!! Trust me, your practice can definitely survive without them. Actually, it may even be more successful if you weed out the Riff Raff!
