Dr Tran and her staff were so wonderful and caring! Dr Tran did my son's surgery on his ear. Surgery can be scary for a parent and the child but we felt very confident in her! His results came out great! Although she is very busy and scheduling is hard she always made the time to see us and follow up.

I waited for 3 months to get a new patient appt. I have all the confidence in this doctor and she seemed very caring. However when a problem arose with my ear (which was the original problem I saw her for), the receptionist said that she couldnt see me until July. This will be over a month. She then asked if I saw my regular doctor. I replied that I wanted Dr Tran to see my ear when it was actively giving me problems since she is an ent. So I question what good was it for me to wait 3 months for an appointment to establish myself as her patient and then not be able to get an appointment far after problem has started. I have been having problems with my ears for over a year and was hoping to really get help this time. disappointed

I made an appointment after getting the referral from my son's pediatrician. Dr. Tran came highly recommended and she was fabulous with explaining his inner ear problem and what our options were to correct it. My problem was dealing with the rude receptionist that refused to take my number for a 5 second question directly with the doctor. She told me if I wanted to speak to the doctor, I would have to make an appointment. My response was "fine, when can we schedule"? Her response, "the earliest I can schedule is 2 weeks from today". I'm not sure who's running the office there but perhaps Dr. Tran isn't aware that her staff could care less about customer service. It reminded me an awful lot of calling the DMV and getting a disgruntled county worker with control issues. The doctor is busy, I understand, but how about taking my number and passing it along to her without giving me the third degree? My sister thinks they might feel cheated out of an office visit fee.
