Came in scared after getting rushed from my soccer game. I was in extreme pain when I came to meet Dr. Stead. I thought I might have just stressed a muscle or something but Dr. Stead ended up explaining that I actually tore my Achilles mid game. He proceeded to explain how the surgery would go and that it would not be that bad. After the surgery, I took time to recover and as of right now I am doing really good and in rehab attempting to hit the fields again. if it was not for Dr. Stead and his wonderful staff doing a great job, I would not be doing well right now and on my way back to playing soccer.

Very detailed and outlined all treatment options. I know he takes on many difficult injuries. Mine case was a snowmobile accident and I nearly lost my foot. If it wasn't for Dr Stead and his team of great nurses I would have been in big trouble.it was a brutal 5 months but thanks for getting me through this. I compete in a championship race in 2 months. Thanks again Whitney Ashley Mary. You were all great.

I checked all surgeons before any surgeries my family has had to have done. Dr Stead came highly recommended by 3 of my coworkers. My wife had her bunions and hammer toes done 4 years ago and she did great. Then 8 months ago I broke my ankle he came in the middle of the night to ER and fixed me up. Our family is thankful to the Olmstead Group and all their staff and care. Only the highest marks to a very caring Dr Stead.

Very detailed.
He quizzed me at end of visit making sure I knew 1. What my diagnosis was 2. How this occurred 3. What I needed to do to address my condition.
He and his staff were all excellent.

Not good should have referred me on but said things would get better. He made poor choices in surgery and now I'm disabled.

You will not find a more caring , thoughtful and accurate doctor. My husband and I have gone to him for numerous issues for 15 years. Now my kids even go to him. No one better at any of the clinics Mayo or Olmsted. Highly Recommend for surgical and general care.

We checked around for the most recommended doctor in this specialty. Dr. Stead was very highly recommended. His expertise in diabetic care and wound care is among the best, as we can attest to after he was our surgeon. He was extremely caring and knowledgable. We are forever indebted to him and his staff.

He messed up on my foot surgery made bone spurs worse. I've heard talk about him from others as well since this. I just had the surgery 1 month a go
