The entire staff, including Dr. Betancourt were extremely cold. Yes, they were punctual and they did their jobs, but that is all you are to them - a job. I felt not humanity there, no human warmth or compassion. All they cared about was efficiency.

She is wonderful. Little wait time, very professional staff, as a doctor she spends a good amount of time with you and always takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer all your questions. Highly recommended.
