Today I went in for my first ever Radiant Facial. It was absolutely amazing. The first impression walking into the office I was greeted by Gina. She was so kind, personable and very professional. Then it was my time to see the Aesthetician, Sonia. She was very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and made sure I was getting the correct treatment for my melasma. After the wonderful facial I received I was ready to buy the products.
My end result was absolutely amazing and the name for the facial goes perfect for how my face feels. Absolutely Radiant! Thank you to the staff at VCPS. I will be back at the end of summer for more treatments.

First time I went to see Doctor Desman, I though all I need was a liposuction, he explained that if I want a flat tummy what I needed was a tummy tuck with liposuction and he was right. Dr. Desman worked some magic and now I have a flat tummy and a trim and defined waist. I went from a size 6 to a 4. I am really happy with the care I've received from Dr. Desman and team. I have been thinking about an abdominoplasty for some time, and thought that with COVID and working from home, this might be the best time to move forward with the procedure if I was ever going to get it done. I contacted the Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery (I just did a Google search) and had a virtual consultation. Olga, Dr. Desman's patient care coordinator, is friendly, helpful and helps with any anxiety you might have about your procedure. I didn't meet Dr. Desman in-person until my pre-op appointment (two weeks before surgery). I can only describe him as a gentle teddy bear who takes particular interest in understanding your problem areas and addressing your questions. I never felt that he was rushed or impatient. I was also worried that the quote would change after Dr. Desman saw me in person, but I was very pleased this was not the case -- which gave me confidence that he could accurately assess what I needed and there were no "hidden" costs. Post-op recovery has been very smooth and Dr. Desman has seen me for each of my post-op appointments to make sure there are no concerns and that I'm healing properly. His entire office, including Gina, his office administrator are extremely friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Desman if you are considering a procedure.

Dr. Desman and his staff are truly remarkable. Dr. Desman listened to what I wanted and was able to point me in the direction that would best suit my what I wanted. Olga is super friendly and works with you financially and even lays everything out for you cost by cost so there is no surprises. Olga also called me a day after and a week after my surgery to make sure I was recovering! A gesture I feel has become lost on many doctor practices but not here! Gina is very friendly at the desk. Always smiling and makes you feel welcomed. Oh did I mention that when I go to see him I don’t even have time to sit down! Every other doctor I go to I am waiting 30 plus minutes past my scheduled appointment time. He values your time. He is well deserving of your time and attention as a skilled and caring doctor.

My first call was to possibly set up a consultation, I spoke to Olga who made me realize just after speaking to her that I want to go here. She was very informative and friendly. After scheduling my consult, I arrived and met Gina, we were talking up front like we already knew each other, she was really sweet. The office atmosphere is definitely calming and relaxing and not a place where you would feel uncomfortable. That day I met Dr. Desman he was the key to me realizing...ok I want to do this. I like honesty and when he let me know what would be done and how I would look AMAZING I was sold, I scheduled that day. Needless to say...3 months later I look AMAZING. Dr. Desman did an A+ job. He really knows what he is doing. That’s what you want when dealing with a surgery of this magnitude. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have done this and to have used this practice. They all are the best.

Dr. Desman is not just a skilled surgeon, but also a kind & professional doctor. I had lipo & a tummy tuck a little over two months ago & I am so happy with the results. The initial consultation was professional and informative. I knew what to expect and how to prepare myself for the post operative care. Dr. Desman's office staff also deserves FIVE STARS. Olga & Gina are lovely in every way. The entire experience was amazing. A day after the surgery Olga called me at home to check in and see how I was doing. I just can't say enough about the service, professionalism and care I received from the entire staff. But most importantly my results are amazing. I am FINALLY able to look in the mirror and see my pre-pregnancy figure again (I have two kids).
