On 1/10 18 I made an appointment to see Dr. Kim on 2/16/18--yes, a 5 week wait. However, on 2/15/18 I received a message from Crystal Run Healthcare (ONE DAY prior to my appointment!) telling me that Dr. Kim would not be in the next day and that I would have to re-schedule. I tried to re-schedule, and the nearest appointment I could get would have been sometime in April--an additional 2 month wait. ***! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone to get an appointment with Dr. Kim.

Warning ___Worst doctor ever – did I mention worst-EVER-saw me literally for less than a minute—NO PATIENT CARE EXPERIENCE what so ever—I am wondering –did she pay someone to pass her board—I will report her to higher chain of command—Please please and please call another dermatologist – you will regret your visit--

The rudest Dr. I have ever seen. She must have called me fat in 10 different ways. She had no knowledge of dermatological practices. I had to call the Director of Operations to report her but I'm also going to report her to the medical board. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else.

Wow this doctor was amazing. shes was great and helped very well, she knew what she was doing and didnt take long.
