I went to this practice for about three years and never once saw Dr. Kouba, just a nurse practitioner who kept telling me everything I showed him was "nothing"! After being seen by Dr. Ana Thompson, MD, last week, some of the "nothings" were indeed skin cancer and pre-skin cancer after she took biopsies of the "nothings"! Now I am scheduled to see a surgeon to see what can be done/salvaged? I did not go to either of these doctors for any cosmetic surgery, I had previously had skin cancer and I was concerned! Dr. Thompson, MD, was the only doctor to ever give me a complete head to toe skin exam. I'll never go to Dr. Kouba again. He wouldn't see me anyway. He never has!

Dr Kouba and his staff are the best! Not only was I made to feel quite comfortable during the Moh's surgery, but the precision and care during the cancer removal and suturing was fantastic! The care he showed during suturing assured me that he would accept nothing but the best cosmetic result possible. And my initial wait time was only about 2 minutes! His staff is just as amazing as the doctor.

Very compassionate and excellent "bedside Manner". Called me the night before my procedure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Good sense of humor and makes patient feel comfortable. Also, very precise when performing surgery, checks & double-checks specimen before continuing with procedure. He's A1 to me! (or a 5+ for this rating)
