Dr. Daniels has been our Pediatrician for 6 years. He has always been very supportive and answered all our questions. My son is Autistic and we were able to get all our referrals quick and easy with help from him and his staff. Dr. Daniels is great with my son. We are blessed to have a Doctor like Dr. Daniels. Highly recommend.

I agree with all the other ratings. Dr. Daniels is great, however, the staff, not so great. Your just a number to them. Not very friendly, no smiles on their faces, etc. It's a real shame too, because it takes away from the dr. When you take your ill child to the dr., the overall experience is very important for the child. They need trust. That doesn't only mean the dr. That means the staff as well.

I love Dr. Daniels. He is so kind, patient and caring. His staff, however, borderline stink. They are very unfriendly in person, but not too bad on the phone.I can just see it in their faces that they must really hate their jobs. Seriously, they're that bad. I can't speak for every single employee that works there, but those I've run across over the last few years appear very bitter. I wish he would hire some new people and get rid of the crabby ones!

The first time I took my daughter to see Dr. Daniels, the nurse that took us back was nasty to me. They have on call nurses on weekends but it doesn't help when they don't call back. I ended up with my daughter in the ER thanks to no response. I had a second bad experience with the weekend service just recently. They again didn't bother to call back. After getting her in the following Monday, the prescription didn't get sent in so she had to wait yet another day with two earaches. I love the doctor but the office staff just frustrates me.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Daniels for years. We have never had any issues. My kids are very at ease with him. I would recommend him.

Dr. Daniels has been my kids's pediatrician for a year and a half. He's always kind, patient and usually on time. He has an excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend him.

I had several children that had been going to Dr. Daniels for several years. We only started seeing him due to geographical need. I never had an outstanding balance until recently when my husband lost his job. Right before school, when my kindergartener to be has to have her shots or she CAN NOT start school, they demanded I make a large payment. I said I could not and that I would be required to switch doctors. I also reminded them that her vaccinations are paid for at 100%. Still they refused. Then two days later I got a nasty letter from Dr. Daniels telling me he was abandoning their care and would not longer be their Doctor due to a "long outstanding balance". The balance had not been long outstanding that is a lie. Then he CC'D my insurance and Cook Children's ensuring I could not see any of their other providers! What a JERK! Now my daughter is in jeopardy of not being able to start school!!! I may not find another dr. due to school starting and most Dr.'s are booked!

Dr.Daniels is a great dr. I am very pleased with him. His front desk people leave a lot to be desired. They seem ok on the phone, but seem very bitter in person. Dr. Daniels is very gentle, kind and patient. He listens well and is very nice to my son. I definitely recommend him!

Dr Daniels is wonderful. He is very thorough and will answer all my concerns. He always asks about my other children when we go in for a visit.
