The staff is ok once you're in the exam rooms, but they seem to ignore you when you first walk in. A "hello" or some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. This was my second visit to this office. The first time I saw a PA. She was very nice. Dr. Kinahan, however, leaves a bit to be desired. No warm fuzzies from this guy. He seemed to have his mind made up about what to prescribe for me before he even examined me. Said the medicine would work quickly in 2-3 hours - it took 7 hours. I didn't care for him and will start looking for another doctor.
