I love Dr. Alex! She spent an hour making sure my husband and I understood his lab work and conditions. She really does care about her patients. I have never seen another doctor invest so much in others.

By far, THE MOST CARING and MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE doctor I have ever seen!!! She is simply THE BEST!!! Spends plenty of time with patients. Easy to contact via patient portal with any question. Is up on the very latest medical new findings and research. Her receptionist and nurse are most pleasant in the office but do not return messages timely. There was a question regarding a lab test at another facility and the facility called Dr. Alex office and staff never called back. With the patient portal, patients deal directly with Dr. Alex.

Dr. Alex is very caring and knowledgeable. She has helped me with several aspects of my healthcare not pertaining to her specialty and she did it with patience and kindness -- not what I have experienced with many other doctors! I gave her lower marks on being punctual but that's because she spends time with each of her patients and answers all their questions -- so she doesn't just leave you because she has another appointment waiting. In my book, that is not detrimental at all! I really appreciate her communicating with me by email, too. If I have questions, I don't have to wait until my next appointment to get them answered. She is the best doctor I have ever had any experience with.
