I have been with Dr. Ross for more than 10 years after, 2 years and 12 doctors who kept leaving the state. She is busy but if you are honest and straightforward about your problem she will go above and beyond to help you. She does not think she is God and if she does not know something she will tell you and ask for time to find out how to help you; which is the sign of a good doctor. She often has Medical students learning from her, and she is willing to consider alternatives to drug therapies if they have been shown to help, (nutrition counseling to help lower cholesterol, massage/meditation for stress that aggravates other conditions). She does not like to prescribe narcotics unless absolutely necessary. Scheduling is a bit difficult because she is a good doctor and still accepts new patients(as of 2017). Her hours are not great, but she is balancing career and family. I do not care what her waiting room looks like, I care about the care I get. She has the patience to tolerate me when I am sick or in pain (and I get VERY cranky), and does what she can to solve the problem so I can feel better. Overall an excellent family doctor/GP for life.

I choose this doctor because she was close to my house and took my insurance. I never can get in to see her and the staff aren't very nice. When I call to make an appointment, I need to be prepared for a 10 minute phone call because they seem to have difficulty scheduling appointments. The hours aren't great and the decor is blah.

excellent doctor Dr. Ross is the one and Only Doctor for me.
