I'd say the rating with all 5 stars was written by his staff to make them look better. Which is sad when a qualified doctor's practice suffers because of the lack of customer service skills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Conner's for many years, I think he is an amazing doctor and has such a caring, incredible staff. I am not exactly sure what the other reviews are insinuating but it is my experience that he as well as his office goes above and beyond with the care for the patients. Every time I call with a problem I speak to a lovely young gentleman named Patrick who is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. When I walk into the office I am greeted by a nice young man who is so energetic and when I was trying to get my daughter in to see Dr. Conner his referral department Cameron was so very helpful and got her scheduled so quick! I recommend him to all of my friends and family! It is very rare to find such an amazing doctor/staff especially in the medical field and I am here to say Dr. Conner and his staff raise the bar!

I have seen Dr. Conner for 4/5 years and he is wonderful Doctor But DUE to his office staff I am looking for a new Neurologist I can not take the rudeness from Patrick or the threats any more !!! Forget about trying to get the office manager or the Doctor to call you either they are not getting the messages or are ignoring you, not sure which it is, but it is SAD !!!!!!

His front office staff is the worst! They are the rudest people I have ever been exposed to in my life. They talk down to the patients, do not do their jobs appropriately, and don't have any customer service training. I had been a patient of Dr. Conner's for 8 years but their rudeness and disrespect became too much.

After a terrible experience here with the office staff, I would not recommend this doctor. The office staff is so horrible and outright MEAN!

The doctor is okay but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The front staff has seen quite a bit of turnover and changed from professional to rude. A simple phone call with a woman quickly turned into a nightmare in which she hung up on me. I cannot even tell you why she did that I had a simple question about a prescription. She may be the reason for all the change. I sincerely wonder if the doctor has a clue about what is going on within his practice. If he does know and approves of this behavior then it is a poor reflection on him. This is not the doctor or staff that I started seeing and am sad to have to find a new doctor. Sometimes it is not worth seeing a doctor if you have to go through that kind of staff.

I recently started taking my college age child to Dr. Conner for severe migraines. He was the first Dr that treated her like a person, like an adult and really got to know her history. He spent a full 30 minutes with us and answered every question we had (even the crazy ones). We would never use anyone else! Oh, and her headaches are almost completely under control!

I am also a current patient and also an employee that worked for Dr. Conner for two years and took another position and was called back to work for Dr. Conner. I would have never came back if he wasn't the best doctor. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Other doctors in the area send their family members to be treated by Dr. Conner. He has been a top Doctor numerous times..to many to count. Patients never have to wait to be seen once they arrive...this office runs on time. He is the best.
