RUN! She is horrible. Her staff is just as bad. All her negative reviews are 100% accurate. Report her to the Texas Medical Board.

They will not answer their phone at least half the time. There was only one person in the office that I didn't have to keep leaving messages to get them to call me back. I even waited a WEEK for a return call more than once. My experience was highly aggravating!! It took 3 months to get approval for a biologic and then they begin the process to help you get it cheaper through pharmaceutical company! Ridiculous!! Meanwhile, my fingers deteriated everyday and my knees grew worse. Now I have to live with this damage and pain to all the joints in my fingers and pain in my knees the rest of my life. It's malpractice when a doctor causes you to get worse. It seems it is when they and their office neglectfully allow you to get worse. Also, she advertises herself as a rheumatologist and she is NOT a rheumatologist. She's an internist that primarily sees patients with joint problems. That absolutely does NOT make her as qualified as a rheumatologist. I sure found that out. She's just not as knowledgeable. She was also rude and lied to me when she was rude. I was in disbelief! I do NOT recommend her.

I’ve been place in hold for up to 17 minutes and have been told they’re unstaffed and don’t have time to follow up on Rx’s needing additional approval.... it’s been over a month without rx. Finding you dr.
