I absolutely LOVE DR. WEBB! HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TAKES TIME IN EXPLAINING PROCEDURES OR IN GENERAL QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE.

Dr. Webb is amazing, he is very attentive to your needs and always willing to take time to answer your questions .....it's almost as though you're the only patient! Keep up the good work Webb & Assiciates

Dr. Webb is kind and caring and a great at his job. Always answers any questions you may have and takes time to listen to any concerns you may have. The staff at Dr. Webb's office are very polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Webb is amazing, he talks to you as a person and makes you feel very comfortable. He explains the procedure he is doing and why he is doing it. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a caring eye doctor.

My experience with Dr. Webb and staff was wonderful. I'm looking forward to seeing them again. Staff was very helpful and knew their job well. Dr. Webb was excellent.

I was a patient of Dr. Webb for 20 + years, until recently when I called to make an appointment they informed me that I had not been in for a year and I would be treated like a new patient, in fact I had been in 6 months before this, when I went in for the appointment I had to fill out all the new patients information because I was informed that they could not find my records the young lady then preceded to tell me "If you could see that record room you'd know why we cant find your records", while in the exam room one of the assistants came in and asked me if Humana medicare was the only insurance I had I said yes, why "because we no longer accept Humana medicare" I had drove 30 miles for this appointment for them to tell me that I could'nt see the doctor no phone call or mail out had been sent to me about the change which happened in January and its now July, I was in tears because I had long term issues with my eyes and was having problems as I spoke to them. Dr Webb is an excellent Dr. very through, compassionate and has helped me with serious eye problems, but his office staff are very unprofessional, rude and unorganized. I am still waiting for my records so I can take them to another Dr. Its been almost a week.

I have been going to this eye clinic for a couple of years. The staff always call to remind me of my appointment and they are helpful and patient if I have to re-schedule. Any amount of time that I wait is worth it because then I get professional and warm care by Dr. Webb. YEA!

Second year to use this Doctors office and still very unorganized! They have an impressive facility but lack from the customers perspective of waiting and making a positive impression. Dr. Swift if very helpful but looses creditability due to the administrative office. I have waited twice for almost an hour due to them forgeting about me or I signed on the wrong sheet. I would hope if they (the doctors) attend other professional offices, they pick up on efficiency and customer service they observe during their visits.

The in take staff has always been rude and ineffective. Why schedule someone for a 3:15 appointment and have them wait 30 to 45 minutes before they see the doctor!! And if a patient ask an approximate time for how much longer they have to wait, GUESS!! And, the office is a mess (unfiled files behind the desk). Not my favorite place to be, I will make it a priority to find another eye doctor as soon as possible. The doctor seems to know his stuff but I can't get pass the long wait and the rudeness of the intake clerk.
