Dr. Gonzales has been my doctor for several years. She is very capable and straight-forward. I appreciate her candor and her positive reinforcement. She celebrates the little victories, and that makes me want to continue to do better. I wish more doctors were like this.

I love Dr. Gonzales. The first time I went to see her I thought she was rude, but I tried again and found that she is very straight-forward and she likes her patients to be honest with her, too. I have found her to be a very capable and knowledgeable doctor with a great sense of humor. I also appreciate that she keeps herself up-to-date on current practices in medicine.

I LOVE Dr. Gonzales. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients' health. A word of caution--she is very no-nonsense and can come across as a little brusque. Trust me, once you get past that, you're going to get a doctor that knows her stuff and will give you the best care possible.

I have been seeing dr. gonzoles for years now, not one have I ever been treated nicely. In fact I have been accused of abusing my perscriptions when the pharmacy had been mis counting my medicine. When I see her for.even a common cold she will turn me down from any treatment and will throw a little fit if I ask for a doctors note to give to.my work. I was seen by a top specialist recommending a certain medication but instead of.reading.my report dr. gonzoles decided to put me on an opposite medication that had opposite effects of what was recommended. I am now depressed, confused in life and skidish because of her treatments. The bad part is I have been threatened to.be dropped from her practice. As a person that is in desperate need I am at the point where suicide seems like.a.great idea. I have been a.guinie pig for her testing medications on me and having a miss and hit effect untill she thinks.that a depression medication makes me feel better when I feel even worse than before.

after my initial setup and annual checkup,none of the follow up needed was done and none of my calls were returned. Basically they seem to have no time for me or interest in my health or insurance issues

I was very sick with the FLU and Dr. Junejo was on vacation. I was coughing so badly it hurt. She was rude, her staff was rude and did not even speak English. She told me I had a COLD! She gave me no meds or that narcotic cough syurp that somewhat acts on the nervous system to stop painful coughs and yet told me to come back in a week!!! I left her office in a weak, sick, and very painful cough and went to the Instacare back in Sandy where I was give the cough syurp and several meds. The next day I phoned to cancel my next appt. with "Dr. Gonzales." Again, the staff was rude, but they still wanted me to make another appt.!!! I guess they need the money. I would NEVER waste my time seeing such an incompetent and rude doctor and an equally rude staff. Steer clear of this doctor if you are sick.

I am 7 months pregnant and was referred to Dr. Gonzales for breathing problems. She was very rude, and argued with me several times about why I was in her office. When I asked about side effects of a medication she wanted to perscribe and if it would harm my baby she said "Of course it has side effects! But what are the side effects of not being able to breathe?" I told her that she was making me feel frustrated and she walked out of the room without an explanation. After waiting for about 5 mintues, I opened the door and asked the nurse what I was waiting for. She said that Dr. Gonzales asked her to find another doctor for me to see. Needless to say, I left the office without waiting another second for her. I was really disappointed in the service I recieved. I was forewarned by my midwife that Dr. Gonzales has "the personality of a alligator" but I didn't think it was going to be that bad. I was wrong! I would never recommend her.
