I accidentally sliced my finger today, and was able to get an appointment to get it treated 1.5 hours after the injury. The cut was deep, and after unbandaging the gauze, my pain level was pretty high. Dr Swain numbed and cleaned the wound, then sutured it. He’s a fantastic doctor. The rest of the staff is great, too. No complaints!

Today I had the most unfortunate experience of having to see Dr Swain. The staff was friendly and helpful, however I cannot say the same for Dr Swain. I was seen in an urgent care facility. My line of work is manual labor and this has taken a toll on my body, especially my back. I am currently facing the dilemma of waiting for an initial appt with PCP, which is two months away. When I became so down with my back that I couldn't even take my daughter to school I decided to try urgent care to help me. I was treated with total disrespect, as if I was a drug seeking piece of dirt. It is sad that people who truly need help cannot get it. Honestly I wonder why he even became a physician if he does not care about helping his patients. I most certainly hope he has helped other people. I had never met Dr Swain before today and do not understand how I was judged so quickly. I absolutely will not recommend Dr Swain and will not seek his help again.
