I was a patient with Dr. Serrao for a long time and was talked into seeing another physician by some people l am acquainted with. I really liked the other physician but once l had became a regular patient, l was switched over to seeing a nurse practitioner. I definitely have no problems with nurse practitioners and highly respect them. However, there are occassions when l want to discuss an issue with my doctor. Being a registered nurse myself, l feel l know when l have a problem that l want to discuss with my physician. I have that right and l pay to see him or her. Dr. Serrao always takes time to listen, and will do everything he possibly can to solve the issue. I rate Dr. Serrao right up there among the best. If you want a physician who puts his patients as high priority, then make Dr. Serraou your doctor. Believe me, you want regret it !!
