I was referred to Dr. Marquez after going to the emergency room one late night with stomach pain. Only to discover that I had gallstones and needed to have my gallbladder removed. I don’t think I have been in better care by a doctor and the staff. They are so professional and caring. And I Thank God for such great care.

Dr. Marquez is wonderful. I enjoy seeing her and she cares very much. Lastly, Dr. Marquez is real. She does not give you any bull answers she tells you straight. I appreciate the medical staff so much. Christi, who is the patient advocate is so helpful and I find that incredibly beneficial. I came from out of town to have my consultation, so this has been a very good experience. The only thing that is overwhelming is the amount of paperwork and procedures after the consultation. Perhaps provide an overall outline of the bariatric surgical experience to future patients so we know what to expect. For me, booking flights to Austin certainly adds to the expense of the surgery and needs to be planned in advance to get good rates. I have not yet had my surgery, but am anxious and excited about it. I have great faith in Dr. Marquez and her staff.
