Front desk staff are amazing. Dr. Bolanowski not so much! I am not impressed with her manner. She has never seen my children at the office before and wants to throw out ADHD because my kids are over exhausted from day camp and acting up. The rest of the doctors at Pennridge are AMAZING and KIND.

My grandson was to have an 18 month visit for vaccines and wellness.When my daughter called for his 18 month appointment, the staff were cold and rude. The staff were rude and told my daughter my grandson had been dropped from Keystone CHIP; she was unaware. They said he would not be seen unless she pays first out of pocket.I would have paid..FOR HIM. YOU care? NO you don't..this is a CHILD...not a dog.You should be ashamed of yourselves I would have paid for it but since your staff treated my daughter like a loser,low life, I'll find someone who DOES actually care about the child; Michael...He is not a DOG, deserves to be cared for ,and I would have paid. I certainly HOPE someday you find out what it is like to NEED something/someone. See it from the other side of the bed...I hope you find out what it feels like. I am a nurse of 30 years and KNOW what it should be about; caring for people...
